List of Tables that gets populated when a transaction is done in Asset Management

1. Asset Creation

When you create an Asset for the First time the details will be update in the below tables

• PS_ASSET
• PS_BOOK
• PS_COST
• PS_ASSET_ACQ_DET
• PS_ASSET_LOCATION
• PS_OPEN_TRANS

2. Calculate Depreciation

When the depreciation calculation process is run and completed then the data is update in below tables

• PS_DEPRECIATION (Inserted)
• PS_OPEN_TRANS (a field data is updated)
• PS_BOOK (few fields will be updated)

3. Accounting Entry Creation

When you run the Create Accounting entry process below tables will be affected

• PS_DIST_LN
• PS_OPEN_TRANS

4. Depreciation Close

Below tables will be updated when you run the depreciation close process

• PS_DIST_LN

5. Adjustment/Re Categorization/Transfer

• PS_COST
• PS_OPEN_TRANS
• PS_DEPRECIATION
• PS_DIST_LN

6. Retirement

• PS_RETIREMENT
• PS_INTFC_FIN (if retired through Disposal Worksheet)
• PS_OPEN_TRANS
• PS_DEPRECIATION

7. Any Book Adjustments

• PS_BOOK_HIST

8. Interface loading/Excel to CI
